Sodo and I were introduced to each other during a time of transition, right when we needed each other most. At the young age of 21 I made the decision to move away from my home city of Seattle, WA to Berkeley, CA. I really enjoyed the Bay Area, but was having a hard time making new friends and adjusting to the change. That’s when I met Sodo. The sweetest little, 3 month old, long haired dachshund puppy. He really became my best friend in a time of need.
When I made the decision to move back home to Seattle, Sodo was right by my side. I was very much inspired by Sodo, wanting him to live to longest, happiest, healthiest life he could possibly have. Shortly after moving home I made the decision to pursue a career in pet nutrition to not only help Sodo live a healthy life, but to help other pet owners strive for the same. Sodo is now 5 and joins me at work every day, rides on the back of my scooter, and loves to romp around in the snow, through the woods in Pacific Northwest.
